We offer very competitive pricing on all our products, if you see a product advertised for less elsewhere, please let us know and we will try to match or beat any advertised price. ( Excludes clearance and end of line items)
We do accept orders from International customers. However due to an alarming increase in use of stolen credit cards, we cannot accept Visa/MC from international customers. At the present time we have two means of taking international payments.   American Express and Bank Wire Transfer.  For American Express we must have two forms of identification, for example driver's license and passport along with a copy of the credit card, front and back. Orders under $300.00 to a $11.00 wire transfer handling charge. If you have bought from My Pool  in the past then you are not subject to these checks. Please indicate this by putting the words "Repeat Customer" in the special instructions section of your order.
Placing orders has never been easier. First search for the product you are looking for. Then add the product to your shopping basket. After you have found and added all the products you need, simply checkout and fill out the shipping and billing information on the order form. Please note many prices have zero pricing. These are items that are generally not sold very often and we do not have current pricing for these items. We will advise you of pricing before shipping. We have chosen to do this to make the catalog pages as complete as possible.
Product Information: We depend on the manufacturers to provide us detailed product descriptions.  When possible we include links where detailed information is available. We make all the product literature we have available through our web server. If you have questions that our online literature does not answer, please E-mail us or check with the manufacturer, as they may be in a better position to  answer your questions.
Will a certain product work with my existing system?The answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no!. We don't have the privilege of seeing your pool, pump or filter. If possible get manufacture's literature supplied with the item, if not available E-Mail us, we may be able to E-Mail you a parts list or diagram.
Sales Tax: Florida residents are required to pay sales tax, unless a valid exemption form is on file.
Shipping: We offer the following shipping services 1). UPS Regular service (3-7 days delivery), 2). Ups Three day Select, delivery by 6:00 PM within 3 business days, through out the 48 continuous states. 3). Common Carrier: Some item either due to size or weight cannot be shipped by UPS. These items such as heaters usually arive in 5-7 days. These times represent times in transit, not necessarily time from placement of order. We will make every attempt to ship the same day, but this may not be possible due to the nature of the items ordered.
Return Policy: All items purchased from My Pool, Inc  have a 15-day money back guarantee, except the following : Please Call us to obtain an RMA and return address for shipping. After a return is received, My Pool, Inc  will issue a full credit, less shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the return.  The item must be in it's original package and in saleable condition. Items that have been used and are not in original-sealed packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Electrical items cannot be returned, but do carry a manufacturer warranty. Shipping cost will only be refunded if  My Pool, Inc made a mistake in shipping the product.  If the product is being returned for replacement, additional shipping charges will apply.

Payment Methods: My Pool, Inc  accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments can also be mailed to My Pool, Inc  , in the form of personal check, company check, cashier's check, bank draft or money order, drawn in US currency only.
