Getting Around My Pool's Site

Layout

Knowing how this site is organized will greatly assist you in locating an item. The site is a hierarchical structure the Home page is at the top and below that are several important major sections: Products, Detail Pages, Technical Info, etc. Below each of this sections is another layer, for example: |

all pages are grouped by category, Filters, Pumps, Heaters, Automatic
Cleaners, etc.. Each Category will either have an informational page with
links to sub-categories or bring up the catalog items in tabular form
that you can browse. One of the Table headings is "Detail",
clicking on detail will bring up a detail page for that item (Product
Specs). Detail Pages can also be retrieved from the main category
detail. On this page is the Links to all of the detailed pages that are
currently on the system, we are trying to add more detail pages as time
permits

Another important aspect of locating and item is under help, We recently have begun to add Parts Diagrams, parts diagrams are pictures of the item with cross references to the part numbers. Record of list of the part numbers you, need and the use the search engine to locate them. |

The
Search Engine If
you have the part number or the description of the item you can search
for the item. Using the search engine on the main page, simply put the
part number in and hit search. The query will bring back all references
to that query that is in the reference table. For example: Polaris,
will bring all items with Polaris, entering Polaris 360, will bring back
all items with Polaris 360. If you have a part number, such as D-10,
you can enter it directly, if you don't get a match omit the dash and
try again. The use of AND, OR or NOT are supported.
